Kimberly and her girls cleaned our home for the first time last week. When I got home my house was spotless. Every expectation I had they completely blew out of the water! There was a check list that had listed everything that had been done, and I was thoroughly impressed with how detailed the cleaning was. Even to the point of dusting the engravings and intricate designs on my picture frames. I will definitely recommend and use them again!

We used this cleaning service a few years back but discontinued to find a cheaper price. After going through four different cleaning services, we came back to Kimberly and her crew. She is heads above anyone I have used and well worth every penny. I was surprised that her prices were very reasonable in comparison to other cleaning companies. She leaves your house in top cleaning condition and as far as I’m concerned, no one can match her kind of clean. Thank you from a very happy satisfied customer!

Nicely Done delivers outstanding service. My husband and I split the everyday chores to keep the house tidy. However, we didn’t want to spend what little free time we have, deep cleaning our house. I was looking for a company to help out, I was surprised that most companies are not anywhere close to the level of professionalism and attention to detail that Nicely Done provides.

For example, I met with a competitor for a quote—the competitor came to my home (the business owner who had additional employees) for a walk through. She had not showered, her clothes were covered in animal hair, and she smelled like she had just smoked a pack of cigarettes. After discussing all of the ways she may up charge the base price, she had to run off to clean a client’s house…but not after forgetting to tell me all about the name of her client, where they lived, what company they owned, etc.

I am SO GLAD my experience with Nicely Done has been nothing like that impression of their competitors.

Their team is a well oiled machine, and I appreciate them very much. I would highly recommend them.

Nicely Done Cleaning Services, LLC cleaned our house today and did an amazing job. Very detailed oriented and very transparent in pricing and recommendations to help make the next cleanings smooth! All of the girls were great! We have large dogs and we were worried about how they would react but the girls kept us informed and was able to clean without any issues. Best cleaning service around and great pricing. I would highly recommend this company.

We were preparing to sell our home and requested a deep cleaning. We were stunned by how incredible the house looked when they were finished; it looked like it was repainted or new. Nicely Done Cleaning was friendly, efficient, pleasant, thorough, and well worth the money. They even helped us stage the house for pictures. Our Real Estate agent was blown away, too. On a 1 (low) to 10 (high) scale they are an 11!

I am very impressed with their service and professionalism . They made my duplex look good that I was able to get my full deposit back. If I was living in Springfield area I would definitely have them every two weeks, but unfortunately I’m not! Thank you to Kimberly and her staff!
